Ir Dr. Barry Keung Yee Man, BEng, MSc, EngD, CEng, RPE, FHKIE, FIMechE, FIGEM Editorial Board Member — Engineering & Applied Sciences
Ir Dr. Barry Keung Yee Man is an eminent Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a highly distinguished technical leader currently serving as the Senior Residential Project Installation Manager at Towngas (The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited). Operating within the Customer Installation Services Department, Dr. Keung leverages his extensive international and industrial expertise to oversee complex engineering systems, critical mechanical infrastructure, and large-scale technological project installations across Hong Kong’s residential sector. Dr. William Lui is a highly accomplished IT executive with approximately 25 years of extensive experience driving information,technology, infrastructure, and operations across the APAC region. Acting as the second-in-charge of the IT department, he successfully leads a regional team supporting operations in over a dozen countries, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. William excels in collaborating with global technology teams to manage comprehensive IT infrastructures, encompassing cloud deployments, on-premise servers, and enterprise networks. Dr. Lui Ka Lok Gilbert, PhD, EdD, MSc, MN, MBA, RN Editorial Board Member — Health Sciences & Education
Dr. Lui Ka Lok Gilbert is a highly distinguished Nurse Consultant in Urology with over 25 years of clinical, managerial, and academic expertise within Hong Kong’s tertiary healthcare sector. Currently serving at the Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital under the Hospital Authority, Dr. Lui is a pioneering leader in evidence-based practice (EBP) and clinical service development. He has successfully established numerous specialized nurse-led clinics and spearheaded critical quality improvement initiatives that optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
